Arrest Made In Grim Sleeper Case

Police in California have made an arrest in the Grim Sleeper serial killer case in which 11 people where killed during a 25 year span in Los Angeles. 
Los Angeles County District Attorney Steve Cooley identified the suspect as Lonnie David Franklin Jr, who will be officially charged Wednesday with murder. 
The suspect was nicknamed the Grim Sleeper for the long period of time he took off between killings.  The Grim Sleeper is believed to be responsible for 11 murders from 1985 to 2007 in and near Los Angeles.  The killer targeted black women believed to be into prostitution and one male

Franklin's arrest came at his 81st street house.  Neighbors describe him as friendly and quiet. 
Police officials are expected to release more details later.
